About Courses Management
Courses Management, within the Office of Assessment, Teaching and Learning, exists to:
- Manage and implement the University's course approval process;
- Ensure course, and unit information in the Courses Handbook, both printed and on-line versions, is up-to-date and accurate;
- Implement the decisions of Academic Board and Faculty Academic Boards with regards to courses;
- Initiate, develop and review policy required to support University Strategic initiatives;
- Provide administrative support through preparation of the agenda and implementation of the recommendations to Courses Committee;
- Manage, maintain and update courses and units on Student One;
- Ensure the University's courses database, Student One, accurately reflects policy and procedural decisions; and
- Advise and disseminate information on matters relating to courses, policy and procedures.
